Office Manager/Assistant

This is a great opportunity to join a growing firm and help build it into a successful, well-run operation. You may have some of this experience:
• Experience working as a transactional legal assistant
• Experience working with startups
• General office administration
• Technology
• Marketing
• Bookkeeping and accounting

But more importantly, you should be:
• A self-starter
• A quick learner
• Have attention to detail
• Adaptive and tech savvy
• Eager to take on a new challenge, and
• Passionate about working with startups!

Duties include:
• Supporting a two-attorney (and growing) law office
• Taking the lead on operational issues, vendors, bills and record-keeping
• Managing marketing, PR and social media efforts
• Assisting with client filings and transactions
• Being an all-around superstar, and helping us improve on the delivery of legal services to startups.

We can train the right person! We have an easy-going office in Potrero Hill that we share with other startups, and competitive compensation and health benefits.
