Corporate Attorney
What we are looking for:
- Experienced corporate attorney (1+ years).
- Big firm and/or emerging companies experience preferred.
- Great attention to detail.
- Passionate about startups and entrepreneurs.
- Eager to take on responsibility as lead attorney in financings, M&A, and other client matters.
